The company operates as a wholesale agent dealing in agricultural goods. Ivolga-Holding is owned by 57-y.o. Vassiliy Rozinov. He also owns the Grain Insurance Company jointly with Nurlan Tleubayev. The holding includes agricultural, processing and engineering companies, a network of Ivolga petrol stations, a fleet of 50 aircrafts, Kostanai News newspaper and Alau TV channel. His wealth is estimated at $625 million. Vassiliy Rozinov was ranked 12th in Forbes Kazakhstan’s rating of the 50 richest people of Kazakhstan in 2013.
