A Spaniard got robbed in Astana, Tengrinews.kz reports citing press-service of city department of internal affairs. According to police, on November 27 the foreign citizen who is on a business trip in Kazakhstan was robbed at the street. There were two robbers and the foreigner managed to remeber the face of one of them. “Astana Interior Department was briefed on this fact. During investigation on November 29 police officers found and apprehended the suspects who confessed of robbery. Evidential items were seized. One of them, born in 1994, is a student of one of Astana universities. The second criminal, born in 1993, does not study and is unemployed. Both of them have never been under trial before,” Astana Interior Department's press-service stated. The suspects are held in temporary detention facility. The criminal case on robbery charges has been initiated. The investigation is in process.
