20 people suspected to be involved in the blast in Aktobe National Security Commission Department were arrested at night on May 18, KazTAG reports citing the source in law-enforcement bodies.
“20 people were arrested, 8 of them were placed in temporary detention. They are suspected of creating and operating a terrorist group and participation in its activities.” The other 12 people are held in Aktobe National Security Commission Department,” the source said on Wednesday.
Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that Tuesday morning Makatov blew a self-made bomb in Aktobe National Security Commission Department building. The bomber died and two people were injured.
