Turkish Abdi Ibrahim bought Kazakhstan pharmaceutics company
Turkish company Abdi Ibrahim has purchased 60 percent in Kazakhstan’s Global Pharm, KazTAG reports citing Anadolu agency. “Turkish pharmaceutics giant Abdi Ibrahim purchased a 60-percent stake in Global Pharm, a major pharmaceutics company in Kazakhstan. The Turkish company also undertook to invest in industrial facilities to be launched by the end of 2014,” the message states. “With this new company our corporate cash flows we will reach $85 billion by 2019,” head of Abdi Ibrahim Nezih Barut said. The deal was part of the Turkish company's strategy to increase its presence in CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries.
