How to get to the Central Stadium

Shuttle buses will operate from six key points across the city at 15:00, 15:45, 16:30, 17:15 and 18:00:

Halyk Arena – “Halyk Arena” stop
Kalkaman – “City Hospital No. 7” stop
Orbita / Toraygyrov and Mustafin intersection – “Demirel College” stop
Raiymbek/Alatau – “Zhakibayeva” stop
Almaty-1 railway station – “Almaty-1” stop
Almaty Arena – “Almaty Arena” stop

Volunteers will be present at each starting point to guide spectators, direct them to the nearest bus, and manage boarding.

Stadium entry information

Entry gates will open at 15:00, with the concert starting at 19:00. All visitors must pass through the ticket control system to enter. Metal detectors, LED screens, and surveillance cameras will be installed, and tickets will undergo digital verification to prevent counterfeiting.

Key entry points:

Abay Avenue – Gate 5 (sectors 2–18), Gate 6 (sectors 19–25, fan and dance zones)
Baitursynov Street – Gates 1 and 2 (seated sectors)
Satpayev and Shagabutdinov streets – stage and dance zone access
Special entrances will be provided for seniors, people with disabilities, and pregnant women.

Additional gate details:

VIP Standing – South Stand, Gate 4 (Satpayev St. side)
Fan Zone, Dance Floor, Free Zone – North Stand, Gate 6 (Abay Ave. side)
Sectors 26–28, 30–32, 40–42 – East Stand, Gate 1 (Baitursynov St. side)
Sectors 33–36, 43–47 – East Stand, Gate 2 (Baitursynov St. side)
Sectors 2–9, 11–18 – North Stand, Gate 5 (Abay Ave. side)
Sectors 19–22, 24, 25 – North Stand, Gate 6 (Abay Ave. side)

Volunteers will assist with navigation, while food courts and water stations will be available around the stadium.

Getting home after the concert

Shuttle buses will depart once full from the following routes:

Satpayev St. – Kalkaman
West side, Baitursynov St. – Orbita
East side, Baitursynov St. – Almaty-1 railway station
South side, Abay Ave. – Halyk Arena
North side, Abay Ave. – Almaty Arena and Raiymbek/Alatau
Street closures on August 10

From 14:00, traffic will be restricted on:

Baitursynov St. – from Shevchenko to Timiryazev
Satpayev St. – from Seifullin Ave. to Baizakov St.
Abay Ave. – from Seifullin Ave. to Mukanov St.
Police will also introduce partial traffic restrictions within the perimeter of Abay Ave. –
Baitursynov St. – Mukanov St. – Satpayev St., urging residents and visitors to plan their movements in advance.

Nearly 3,000 personnel — including police, military, private security, and volunteers — will be on duty. There will be 26 checkpoints with metal detectors and scanners, four fan zones, ambulance and fire services on standby, and around 100 portable toilets set up around the stadium.
