Kazakhstan has realised a set of animation movies based on Kazakh tales, Tengrinews reports. The collection includes cartoons called Alpamys Batyr, Khobylandy Batyr, Yer-Targyn Batyr and Khambar Batyr. The 400-minute entertainment project is called to educate children of their language, culture, history and traditions. "The key is to make merits like honesty, kindness and bravery attractive to modern children through heroic tales of the past. The movies show brave deeds of legendary Kazakh warriors Alpamys, Khobylandy, Yer-Targyn and Khambara that evoke greater love for the country among the young generation," the authors of the project say.
