Tengrinews.kz - More than three thousand Kazakhstani tourists are currently in Vietnam, which has been hit by Super Typhoon "Yagi". Inna Rei, the head of the "Touristik Qamqor" corporate fund, commented the situation.

According to the fund, 3,332 Kazakhstanis are in Vietnam as part of organized tours booked through travel agencies. However, there is no data on citizens who may have traveled independently.

"The events unfolding in Vietnam due to the typhoon have affected regions where our tourists are not present, unless they traveled individually. In the areas where our tourists are vacationing, including island regions, everything is calm. There is no panic, and no requests to cancel trips have been made. For now, everything is fine," explained Inna Rei.
