Tengrinews.kz - A jet ski was filmed crashing into a tubing ride attached to a motorboat, sending the tubing into disarray. The video shows the jet ski speeding into the tubing, which was occupied by three people.
The incident occurred in Turkestan Region at the Shardara Reservoir. The press service of the Turkestan Region Police Department reported that the incident took place on 8 August.
"The jet ski driver has been taken into police custody. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated. Measures are also being taken to hold accountable those who rented the vehicle to the vacationers," the police said.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations press service added that the victims were taken to the hospital with various injuries.
"According to the police of the Turkestan Region, all three injured received injuries and were sent for outpatient treatment. They refused hospitalization," the press service reported.
