Tengrinews.kz - A hang glider fell on Lake Alakol. The information was confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, doctors also informed about the condition of the victims.
According to the Civil Aviation Committee, the incident occurred on 25 July at 17:15 in the village of Akshi, Alakol district, Zhetysu region.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations specified that while patrolling Lake Alakol, rescuers rescued two people who fell into the water on a hang glider. They were taken to the district hospital of Alakol district by ambulance.
"The condition of the victims on admission is serious, hospitalised in the department of anaesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care. The hospital has all the necessary drugs to treat patients. The situation is under control," the doctors assured.
They are being given anti-shock therapy and a full examination. Two specialists - a neurosurgeon and a traumatologist - were sent from Taldykorgan.
