The information were explained by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"On October 24, 2024, the agreement on mutual exemption from visa requirements between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region of China entered into force. This agreement allows citizens of both parties, holding valid national passports, to freely enter, exit, transit and stay in each other's territory without a visa for 14 calendar days," the department said in a statement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminded that the visa-free regime does not apply to work, study and permanent residence.
"If you plan to stay in Macau for more than 14 days, you must obtain an appropriate entry visa in advance," the department said in a statement.
Earlier, new details have emerged regarding the launch of a direct flight between Kazakhstan and Austria.
