President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived at the Grand Kremlin Palace to participate in the meeting of the the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) Heads of State Council.

It is worth noting that the 2023 meeting of the CIS Heads of State Council took place in Kyrgyzstan, where President Tokayev urged his counterparts to continue active cooperation within the CIS framework to overcome emerging challenges and explore new areas for enhancing productive collaboration. He also proposed the creation of a new concept for the member states of the Commonwealth.
