Tengrinews.kz - A man in China spent $280 on a ring toss game and managed to win a sports car worth $235 000. This incident was reported by Chinese media.

The competition was held at a night market in the city of Shangqiu, Henan province, where one of the main prizes on the stand was a luxury sports car. In addition to the car, participants could win animals, including sheep and cows.

On February 14, a man with the surname Wang from Binzhou, Shandong province decided to try his luck. He bought rings worth $280 and made about 8000 throws over the course of three hours. In the end, he managed to win the main prize.

“I threw thousands of rings, and my hands still feel a bit sore. At first, I was just giving it a try, and I think my success was mostly due to luck,” Wang said.

It turns out that Wang has some shooting skills: he is a basketball enthusiast and often participates in such contests at night markets. For example, during the Lunar New Year celebration, he spent $20 and won six geese.

However, the joy of victory was not so unconditional - the car he won was only provided for a year without the right to full ownership. Now Wang is negotiating with the owner of the stand, hoping to exchange the car for monetary compensation.
