Tengrinews.kz – Eight skiers were caught in an avalanche in the Austrian Alps, on the Stubai Glacier. More than 250 rescuers worked at the scene, with helicopters and mountain rescue dogs involved, according to Euronews.
The group was skiing outside the marked and maintained trails. It is presumed that while crossing the slope, the skiers triggered the avalanche.
