We were really surprised by the actual turnout we saw yesterday. It looked more like a referendum in support of the person who has been shaping the contemporary Kazakhstan for the last 20 years. It is like an affirmation that this man has the moral and other right to continue ruling this country,” said the head of the Institute Igor Kuznetsov.
