Election campaign materials counted

The Central Election Commission has counted the number of election campaign materials of presidential candidates that have been published and broadcasted as part of their presidential campaigns, Tengrinews.kz correspondent reports. “Monitoring has showed that media outlets broadcasted 406 campaign materials during the first days of the campaign – between March 3 and March 10. 223 election campaign materials were published in printed media during the same period,” chairman of the CEC Kuandyk Turgankulov said. The CEC data shows that Gani Kasymov appeared on TV most frequently of all the presidential candidates. Chairman Turgankulov said that TV coverage of Kasymov’s political campaign included 51 reports and programs. TV coverage of Mels Yeleusizov’s election campaign consisted of 50 reports and programs.
