Caspian Sea is the sea of friendship and peace: Nazarbayev
President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev took part in the 4th Caspian Summit where the Presidents of all five Caspian littoral states achieved a number of breakthrough agreements. Many of them are related to security in the Caspian Sea. For example, from now on only military forces of the five countries have can access the sea.
Nazarbayev also said that the countries agreed to build belt highway and railway around the Caspian Sea and peacefully resolve all the issues related to production and refining of hydrocarbons.
He concluded his speech by saying that he was leaving the summit with a feeling of certainty that the Caspian Sea was a sea of peace and friendship.
