Astana sends 20 tons of humanitarian aid to flooded Kokpekti

Astana has sent over 20 tons of humanitarian aid to Kokpekti village that was badly flooded on March 31.

The shipment includes clothes and essentials, blankets and matrasses, electric kettles, heaters and diesel generators.

All the cellars where people were storing their vegetables were flooded, so Astana added potatoes, onions, cabbages and carrots to the stuff in the truck.

The trucks also contains flour, pasta, cereals, canned food and milk, butter, canned soups, sausages, pepper and salt.
