Pavlodar resident arrested for giving middle finger to Kazakhstan senator

The 22-y.o. Pavlodar citizen was found guilty of disorderly conduct. The court ordered to jail him for 5 days, Zhumatayeva said. According to the court, the young man showed the middle finger of his left hand to the escort of Kairat Mami passing along the ring road to Pavlodar airport on January 10. "With this act he insulted the human dignity of the public person, demonstrated disrespect to the surrounding people and violated the public order," the court ruled. "The young man pledged guilty and fully repented of his deed. He called his actions as a thoughtless deed," Zhumatayeva added.
