"The blackout happened during the meeting of the parties in the conference hall. Georgian Energy Ministry is located on the fourth floor of the new House of Justice in Tbilisi. Technical personnel of the authorities was unaware of the visit of the honorary guests. Believing that there was no one in the building on Saturday night, the workers of the House of Justice cut off the electricity in the building," KazTAG reports. The receiving party called the administration of the house of Justice and the alarmed technicians switched the electricity back on after 10 minutes of darkness. Kazakhstan government delegation led by Vice Prime-Minister Orynbayev arrived in Tbilisi Saturday morning with a one-day visit and left Georgia late at night. The delegation included Finance Minister, Minister of Transport and Communications, Head of the Customs Control Commission, deputy head of the tax Commission and other officials. The delegation included 17 people. The delegation members met with Georgian Minister of Finance Nodar Khaduri, Minister of Energy Kakha Kaladze and Minister of Economy George Kvirikashvili. The meetings covered bilateral relations between the two countries.
