Astana could become a blossoming garden with the average temperature of 20 degrees Centigrade.” According to Nevelichko, construction of the dome would cost $1 billion. A similar project was suggested in American Houston. The dome is aimed to save the city from hurricanes and heat. This will be a huge dome made of fluoro-plastic. It will be 0.5 km high and will have a diameter of 1.5 km. The suggestion is that it will cover the downtown, green areas and elite housing in Houston.
