Kazakhstan weight-lifter Zulfiya Chinshanlo is set to win a gold medal in 2012 London Olympic Games, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Sports.kz. “I adhere to a rule: I don't make promises. The only thing I can say it is that I will do all my best to win this biggest tournament. We are in the middle of hard trainings now. There is a training camp in Almaty at present, than we will go to Taldykorgan, and we will finish our trainings in Tekeli. It will be difficult, but I have already been through a similar period some time ago. I think everything will be fine,” the athlete said. Chinshanlo became the world champion in Paris in November 2011. The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulated the athlete via a telegram after the tournament. “It was a great honor both for me and my coach. The telegram contained congratulations and words of gratitude for our hard work, and said that our country was proud of our victory,” Chinshanlo added.
