Zarina Diyas advances to finals of Malaysia Open qualification

Kazakhstan’s tennis professional Zarina Diyas has made it into the finals of the qualification round of the WTA Malaysian Open 2013 that is being held in Kuala-Lumpur, Vesti.kz reports. The 19-y.o. Kazakhstan tennis professional won over Ukraine’s Lyudmila Kichenok with the score of 6:3, 6:2 in the first qualification round of the tournament. Diyas is ranked 245th and the 20-y.o. Ukraine’s Kichenok is 204th in the WTA ranking. The Kazakhstan tennis professional will have to play against Japan’s Erika Sema, who won over Poland’s Marta Domachowska 6:2, 5:3.
