Vinokurov still ranked 7th in UCI rating
Astana cyclist Aleksandr Vinokurov is still ranked 7th in the rating of the International Cyclists Union, UCI official website writes. Belgian cyclist Philippe Gilbert is the leader by individual scores. He is followed by former cyclists of Astana Alberto Contador from Spain and Michele Scarponi from Italy. Three other cyclists of Astana are also included in the Top 100 list. Roman Kreuziger is 17th, Paolo Tiralongo is 81st and Allan Davis is ranked 100th. Spain is still leading the national scores rating. It is followed by Italy and Belgium. Kazakhstan is ranked 11th. As for the team scores, Astana is also ranked 11th. HTC-Highroad from USA is still the best. Leopard from Luxemburg and Radioshack from USA are second and third.
