In the semifinal round, Zarina Diyas defeated Portugal's Michelle Larcher De Brito with the score of 6-2 7-5 in just two sets.
In today’s finals, Zarina Diyas will meet World No.118 Krystina Pliskova from the Czech Republic. They have met at tennis court before, and in their last match the Kazakhstani tennis player prevailed. So, Zarina Diyas has good chances of winning the Nottingham tournament this year.
Zarina Diyas, 20 is a Kazakhstani professional tennis player. She turned pro in 2009 and has won four ITF singles since then. She peaked at world number 85 in singles on April 21, 2014, and world number 461 in doubles on August 12, 2013.
The ITF finals will be held at 17.30 p.m. Astana time. Prize pool of the tournament makes $75,000.
