Kazakhstan’s tennis professional Mikhail Kukushkin has gained 17 lines in the updated ranking of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), Vesti.kz reports. His participation in the Kazakhstan President's Cup helped him improve his position in the ranking. Kukushkin reached the final of the competition held in Astana, but failed to win even a single set against Dudi Sela from Israel, the match finished with the 7:5, 2:6, 6:7 scores. Kukushkin advanced from the 181th place to the 164th one. There are still no changes in the top three of the ATP ranking. Serbian Novak Djokovic is still the leader of the ranking, then goes British Andy Murray followed by Roger Federer from Switzerland.
