HRT, McLaren Mercedes and Ferrari teams got interested in Daniel Juncadella, race driver of Astana team, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to Astana Racing Team press-service. “It was expected that Astana TAK Group will take part in Formula-1 Championship driving bolides of Spain’s HRT F1 Team. But after Daniel Juncadella successfully tested McLaren Mercedes and Ferrari cars, both of these renowned racing teams got interested in the driver,” the press-release reads. “Definitely, HRT is a good option for beginning of a career. However, Mercedes and Ferrari gave me a unique chance to show my worth. I will have to come up with a major decision and to choose the racing team to represent Kazakhstan at the world sport arena,” the driver said.
