A renewed rating of the Women's Tennis Association was issued on January 12. Zarina Diyas has come closer to the Top-30 tennis players taken into consideration for the purposes of the draw. This time, Diyas will be seeded at the Australia Open.
Currently, the 21 y.o. tennis player is in the 31st place in the WTA ranking. She improved her previous best result by going up to the 32nd place.
At the moment the Kazakhstani tennis player is competing in the WTA Hobart International in Hobart, Australia. Diyas who is the second best player at the tournament defeated Silvia Soler-Espinosa from Spain in the first match in two sets 6:3 and 6:4.
