Tengrinews.kz – Kazakhstani biathlon team won silver in relay race at Asian Games in Harbin (China).
The men's team, consisting of Alexandr Mukhin, Asset Dyussenov, Kiril Bauer and Vladislav Kireyev, was unable to get ahead of competitors from Japan.
After the first stage, the team was in fourth place, but then the Kazakhstanis managed to take the leading positions.

Before the final stage, Vladislav Kireyev was 50 seconds behind first and second places, but after the last shooting he was able to join the fight for silver with a biathlete from China.
As a result, Kireyev managed to hold on to second place and bring silver to the team. The Japanese team came in first.

Earlier, Kazakhstani women's biathlon team consisting of Daria Klimina, Arina Kryukova, Olga Poltoranina and Yelizaveta Beletskaya won bronze medal at Asian Games-2025.
