Kazakhstan young soccer players will be coached using German method

Young Kazakhstan football players will learn to play football using a German method in the next ten years. Kazakhstan Football Federation has worked out and introduced the 2012-2022 Junior Football Development Concept , Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to the Football Federation’s of Kazakhstan website . The Federation’s General Secretary Sayan Khamitzhanov, Sports Director Anatoliy Yurevich, Kazakhstan national football team’s head coach Miroslav Beranek and Vice-presidents of the Federation Seylda Bayshakov and Viktor Katkov have drawn out the Concept. The Concept is based on a German training method that has proved itself the best world football coaching technique. German Junior teams won all the European Championships in every age group – under 17, 19 and 21 in the last three years. The Concept provides for creation of specialized football centers. Such centers will start working at each Premier-league football club in 2013. Qualified specialists from neighboring countries, so called Technical Directors will lead these centers. 10 best local trainers will be subordinated to them. Wages of junior coaches will amount to not less than $1000. The youngest players to be coached will be aged 10. All the football centers coaches will be trained and retrained along with the newest football trends on a regular basis. According to Sayan Khamitzhanov’s forecast these teaching techniques will help get good results in five or six year. “Our Junior teams will win World and European Championships’ qualification rounds easily in all the age groups,” Football Federation of Kazakhstan General Secretary said.
