ASIAN Grand Prix 2011 was held in three cities of China (Jiaxing, Kunshan, Wujiang) on May 22, 26 and 29. Kazakhstan champion of Summer Asian games in Guangzhou Margarita Matsko won 3 gold medals, Tengrinews.kz reports citing chief Kazakhstan track and field coach Vyacheslav Sokirko. Matsko won 800m distance races in each of the the three cities. Two more track and field athletes from Kazakhstan Maria Maslenko (400m race) and Natalya Ivoninskaya (100m hurdles) won two gold and one silver medals each. Kazakhstan athletes Anastassiya Suprunova (100m hurdles), Anna Ustinova (high jumps), Yevgeniy Ektov (triple jump) and Konstantin Safronov (broad jumps) won second and third places at the Asian Grand Prix.
