The Central Asian regional Anti-Doping Organization was established in 2006 by national Olympic commissions and representatives of governments of Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan and supported by the World Anti-Doping Agency and Asian Olympic Council. It is responsible for rendering support and coordinating the battle against use of doping in sports.
