Allboxing.ru conducts an online voting for boxers fans to indicate who they want to see Mayweather fight. The candidates are Miguel Cotto, Saul Alvarez, Amir Khan, Manny Pacquiao and Gennady Golovkin. Golovkin has so far gathered 72% of the votes (1081 votes).

Undefeated Floyd Mayweather, 37, has had 47 fights with 26 KOs. Meanwhile, Kazakhsani Golovkin who, too, is unbeaten, has had 30 fights and 27 KOs.

Mayweather’s last fight took place in August against Marcos Rene Maidana in Las Vegas. The American boxer won the 12 round fight with a unanimous decision and defeated his WBC World and WBA Super World welterweight titles.

Golovkin’s next fight takes place on October 18 at StubHub Center in Los Angeles against interim WBC middleweight champ from Mexico Marco Antonio Rubio.
