FightNights.com tweeted Gennady Golovkin’s quote “I like fight” as the Best Quote of the Year, Tengrinews reports.
In 2014 the WBA(Super), IBO and WBC (Interim) middleweight champion won all of his three fights with a KO. Golovkin defeated Osumany Adama in Monte Carlo in the 7th round. In summer, Triple G KOed an Aussie boxer Daniel Geale in the 3rd round. In the unifying fight in California the Kazakhstani undefeated boxer KOed Marco Antonio Rubio from Mexico in the 2nd round.
Since 2008 no boxer stood against Golovkin till the last round. Golovkin has the highest ratio of KOs among middleweight boxers ( 90.3%).
On Feburary 21, 2015 Golovkin will face the toughest opponent Martin Murray in Monte Carlo.
Earlier, Golovkin took the 5th place in the Bleacher Report rating of the Best Undefeated Boxers.
