Football: Kazakhstan women team won over Switzerland

Kazakhstan national team won over Switzerland in a Women's EURO 2013 qualifying match, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Vesti.kz. The match held in Kazakhstan's Karaganda on September 19 ended with 1:0 score. Women's EURO 2013 Championship includes preliminary and qualifying rounds, play-off and final stage. 12 teams usually take part in the final stage. Women’s EURO 2013 final will be held in Sweden. Kazakhstan women's national team is not expected to win any top places at the Championship. Bulgaria’s Kaloyan Petkov is Kazakhstan women football team’s coach. His players lost to Germany’s football team 0:7 in the match that was held on September 15. They also were defeated by Spain’s team 13:0 in April.
