February 10 – day 4 of the Olympics: where and when to watch Kazakh athletes

Tengrinews.kz — Today, 10 February, another day of competition at the 2026 Winter Olympics will take place. Athletes from Team Kazakhstan will compete in five disciplines.

The first to start will be the cross-country skiers. Nadezhda Stepashkina, Darya Ryazhko, Anna Melnik and Xeniya Shalygina will begin with the sprint qualification in cross-country skiing.

In short track, Yana Khan and Olga Tikhonova will compete, as well as Denis Nikisha and Abzal Azhgaliyev.

In freestyle moguls, Kazakhstan will be represented by Pavel Kolmakov, Yulia Galysheva, Anastassiya Gorodko and Ayaulym Amrenova.

In biathlon, there will be the 20 km individual race, where Vladislav Kireyev and Asset Dyussenov will compete for Team Kazakhstan.

The day will conclude with the figure skaters’ short program featuring Mikhail Shaidorov.

Schedule of Kazakhstan’s events on 10 February

1:15 PM — Cross-country skiing, sprint (women): Nadezhda Stepashkina, Darya Ryazhko, Anna Melnik, Xeniya Shalygina.

2:30 PM — Short track, 500 m (women): Yana Khan, Olga Tikhonova.

3:10 PM — Short track, 1000 m (men): Denis Nikisha, Abzal Azhgaliyev.

3:15 PM — Freestyle moguls, qualification (men): Pavel Kolmakov.

5:30 PM — Biathlon, 20 km individual (men): Vladislav Kireyev, Asset Dyussenov.

6:15 PM — Freestyle moguls, qualification (women): Yulia Galysheva, Anastassiya Gorodko, Ayaulym Amrenova.

22:30 — Figure skating, short program: Mikhail Shaidorov.

The events will be broadcast live on the TV channels Qazaqstan, Qazsport, Khabar and Jibek Joly.

For reference, the 2026 Winter Olympic Games are being held in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo (Italy) from 6 to 22 February, with more than 3,500 athletes from 93 countries taking part.
