Kazakhstan's national football team plays against the Netherlands at the UEFA Euro Qualifiers in Astana on October 10, Tengrinews reports.

On October 8, 27 players from the Netherlands national football team including the midfielder Wesley Sneijder who played with Galatasaray against Astana arrived in Kazakhstan's capital.

Experts believe the team will be highly motivated to win against Kazakhstan. The Oranje are in a tough position as the team is on the brink of missing the Euro 2016. Previous losses against Turkey (0-3) and Iceland (0-1) have seriously affected the position of the team in the overall standing. Earlier, Iceland and the Czech Republic secured their places at the Euro 2016 leaving one spot for a team in Group A. This means that Netherlands under the guidance of the new coach Danny Blind have one chance to make it in the Euro 2016. Turkey has strong chances of taking that one place and joining Iceland and the Czech Republic. So, the Oranje will be required to get at least 3 points more in the two games against Kazakhstan (October 10) and the Czech Republic (October 13).

If the Netherlands team is highly motivated to win, the Kazakhstani football players are no less motivated to stay out of the outsider position of the Group A. Currently, the team occupies the last place in the Group A with only 2 points. Kazakhstan will compete with Latvia to stay out of the last place in the group. There is hope for Kazakhstan’s team as they had a tie with Iceland (0-0) on September 6 in Reykjavik. Having to play against Netherlands at home gives an advantage to the national team of Kazakhstan.

Captain of Kazakhstan national team Samat Smakov said that the team was in a good spirit before the game.

"Netherlands players are going to be motivated and will do what it takes to win. But we, too, will do everything not to let them win and make our fans happy. The team spirit is great. All the players are getting ready; each player wants to get on the field. We are setting on 3 points. There is no point in getting on the field thinking of at least getting a draw," Smakov said via Vesti.kz during a press conference.

The Head Coach of Kazakhstan's team Yuriy Krasnozhan added that despite the fact that the Netherlands brought 4-5 players from the youth team, he was doubtful they would play against Kazakhstan. This, according to Coach Krasnozhan, shows the seriousness of the Netherlands.

"Leading players will be on the field. If we are to talk about goals for the upcoming two matches, there is no coach that will tell his team that they will lose. We are looking for our chances. We have things to lose in this game. It is important for us to confirm and prove that there is a progress bringing the team to positive results," Coach Krasnozhan said.

Despite the fighting spirit of Kazakhstani football players, Kazakhstani expert Agadilda Khassenov expects a victory of the Netherlands over Kazakhstan with the score of  3:1, because the Oranje football players individually outclass the Kazakh players.

"At the same time, the Netherlands is not impressive (anymore). So it is difficult to give the team a clear-cut preference. Nonetheless, the level of the players is higher (in comparison to the Kazakhstani player). Despite our team playing at home and having high motivation, it is difficult to anticipate a victory. (…) I think our opponents will cope with nervousness and complicated game to win 3:1," Khassenov said.

The Netherlands or Kazakhstan, the winner will be decided at the match on October 10 at 10:00 p, by Astana's time. The Kazakhstan-Netherlands match will be broadcasted live on Kazakhstan TV channel.
