Short track: At the international short track tournament Alta Valtellina Trophy, which is taking place in the Italian city of Bormio, the Kazakhstan team won 2 gold and 1 silver medal. The final performances will take place today.
Figure skating: The Grand Prix figure skating tournament ended in the Chinese city of Chongqing, where Mikhail Shaidorov won a silver medal, scoring 276.17 points in two programs. Last year, he took third place in this tournament.
Fencing: At the Vancouver Fencing World Cup 2024 in Canada, the Kazakhstan men's team won a bronze medal.
Judo pair: At the IBSA Judo Astana Grand Prix, the Kazakh team won 14 medals (6 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze), taking first place in the overall team standings.
Tennis: Zhibek Kulambayeva became the champion in doubles at the ITF W35 tournament in Lozada, Portugal. In the final, performing in a pair with Belarusian Yuliya Hatouka, she beat Russian Polina Iatcenko and Belgian Hanne Vandewinkel with a score of 6:3, 1:6, 10:4.
Aesthetic gymnastics: At the World Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Championships in Tartu, Estonia, Kazakh athletes won 2 bronze medals.

Earlier, 16-year-old athlete from Semey Daniil Poslov set a record for Kazakhstan in the deadlift discipline, lifting 295 kilograms (among juniors).
