Senior coach of the Russian national team said that the flyweight champion of the World Boxing Championship, held in October 2013 in Almaty, Misha Aloyan was going to lead the Russian team in the home WSB bouts against the Astana Arlans from Kazakhstan. "Misha Aloyan will fight in the -52kg weight category of the matches series against Arlans. Amateur boxers Adlan Abdurashidov (-60kg), Alexandr Ivanov (-69kg), Dmitry Bilov (-81kg) and Sergei Kuzmin (+91kg) will also represent our team," the R-Sport quotes Kravtsov. "It is enough to say that Kazakhstan is a winner of the last WSB tournament," the expert pointed out, appraising the rival. "I have no doubts, that Kazakhstan will be our main rival together with Cuba and Azerbaijan. The teams of Kazakhstan and Cuba were boxing, definitely boxing, very well at the World Championship. The meeting will be extremely difficult, that is why we are training very seriously. On an agreement with the chief coach of Russian national team Alexandr Lebzyak we decided that I would stay and keep training the team for the bouts against Kazakhstan's boxers instead of attending the first series of matches against the Polish team on November 16 in St. Petersburg," he said. "It is unknown yet where the bouts will be held," Kravtsov concluded. But the series of matches between the Russian Boxing Team and the Astana Arlans will take place on November 23. Misha Aloyan is a Kurdish Ezidi Armenian amateur flyweight boxer who fights for Russia. He is the 2010 European Champion, 2011 World Champion and 2012 London Olympics bronze winner in the -52kg division. The Astana Arlans from Kazakhstan faced Azerbaijan’s Baku Fires in the first series of matches of the new WSB season on November 15 at Almaty Towers. The Astana Arlans won 4:1. The Russian Boxing Team hosted the Hussars Poland team in the first series of matches on November 16 in St. Petersburg. The Russian team flattened their rivals winning 5:0.
