Kazakhstan boxer Gani Zhailauov has advanced to the next stage of the London Olympics tournament, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Vesti.kz. Gani Zhailauov, 60-kilogram weight league boxer fought against Sailom Ardi of Thailand. Kazakhstan boxer yielded the first round with the score of 4:5, but evened the score in the second round by winning it 4:3. The boxers tied 4:4 in the last round and Kazakhstan fighter won the match by additional criteria. One more Kazakhstan boxer Kanat Abutalipov has advanced to the second stage. While another Kazakhstan boxer Danabek Suzhanov lost his fight to Indian Vijender Singh, Beijing Olympics prize-winner and 2010 Asian Games champion.
