Boxing: Kanat Islam wins 13th bout

Kazakhstan boxer Kanat Islam won his 13th bout in his professional career, Vesti.kz reports.Kanat Islam knocked out his rival Jose Antonio Rodriguez from the Dominican Republic. The fight was held in Rodriguez' native city of Santo Domingo. This win was the 13th win out of thirteen bouts for the Kazakhstan boxer. 11 of his wins were by KOs. The Dominican boxer lost 15 out of his 20 fights. This was not the first bout between Islam and Rodriguez: they met on a ring in November 2012. That time Islam knocked him out in the third round.Kazakhstan's Kanat Islam won over Eduardo Flores from Ecuador in the previous fight.
