21-y.o. Kazakhstan’s boxer Daniyar Yeleussinov has been declared the most beautiful boxer of the London Olympics by European media, Sport.kz reports citing Bnews.kz. Akylbek Kurishbayev, rector of Kazakhstan Agro-Technical University University, told about the athlete’s success abroad during the honoring ceremony in the University. “According to European mass media our athlete was considered the most beautiful London Olympic boxer. Please, remember this,” Kurishbayev said, addressing the students. The rector also added jokingly that Daniyar’s heart is still free. Daniyar Yeleussinov reached the quarterfinals in the London Olympics boxing and lost to Italy’s Vincenzo Mangiacapre. The Astana resident is a 64-kg weight division boxer. He and one more Olympic Games participant Kazakhstan’s boxer Ilyas Suleymenov are students of Kazakhstan Agro-Technical University.
