Kazakhstan’s boxing team Astana Arlans has finished the World Series of Boxing (WSB) group stage with a confident win against German Eagles 4:1, Vesti.kz reports. Kazakhstan’s super heavyweight boxer (+91kg) Ruslan Myrsatayev won over Germany’s boxer Eric Brechlin in the final match of the tournament. The Kazakhstan super heavyweight knocked out Brechlin in the second round. Yerzhan Mussafirov, Konstantin Snigur and Ehsan Rouzbahani brought three other winning points to the Kazakhstan team. Nicolae Andreiana, Romania’s legionnaire of German Eagles won the only point for Germany’s team by winning over Miras Zhakupov. Astana Arlans has 24 points overall after this victory and has become the leader of its B Group that also included German Eagles, Dolce & Gabbana Italia Thunder, USA Knockouts, Ukraine Otamans and British Lionhearts.
