Astana Kazakhstan team cyclist Valentin Iglinskiy has won the eighth stage of Tour of Hainan, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to Alexandre Vinokourov, leader of the cycling team and Astana fan website. Alexandre also added that Iglinskiy became the leader in the overall ranking after this victory. Moreover, Valentin is the strongest in Hainan sprinters' ranking for the moment.
