Kazakhstan ProTeam Astana cyclist Maksim Iglinskiy came second in Italy's Strade Bianche race, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to official webisteof the team. Iglinskiy yeilded the victory to Switzerland’s Fabian Cancellara from RadioShack-Nissan cycling team and failed to repeat his 2010 success, when he won this prestigious one-day race. “Our riders have proved that they were in good shape. We were among the leaders and succeeded in putting our chosen tactics into practice,” Dmitry Sedoun, team's sports director said.
