Kazakhstan's Astana cycling team has moved four lines up in the International Cycling Union (UCI) rating, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing the official UCI website.
Astana is ranked 8th at present. American RadioShack is the leader of the rating. Kazakhstan team hasn’t gained any points in the nation’s classification in this season yet. Spaniard cyclists are the first in this classification.
Roman Kreuziger holds the best position among Astana cyclists in the individual rating. The Czech cyclist is ranked 7th. Spanish Alejandro Valverde is the leader of the rating. Kreuziger became third in the general classification of recent Tirreno Adriatico marathon cycling race.
