Alabai dog called Kadar from Karaganda received a golden award in junior category at the World Dog Show held in Paris, KazTAG reports citing the dog’s owners, Galina and Gennadiy Kim. “This year the world championship was timed to the 100th anniversary of the International Dog Breeding Federation. 40 thousand dogs took part in the tournament. Our Kadar was awarded with the title of Young World Champion. Besides, he was ranked the best at the Championship of France,” the owners said. This is the first time the dog from Kazakhstan won such an international tournament, said the dog’s personal coach Yulia Ossipova. “Kadar means “the victor” in Turkic. He took part in international exhibitions several times. We have received the title of young champion of the breed many times. Kadar was born and brought up in Karaganda dog nursery,” the dog’s owners said.
