The national tennis team of Kazakhstan will play against the Czech team in the quarterfinals of the Davis Cup tournament, Vesti.kz reports. The Czech team won over Switzerland’s team with the score of 3:1 in Geneva. Swiss Stanislas Warwinka secured a victory over Czech Lukas Rosol and brought the first winning point to the hosts. However Czech tennis professionals managed to win the next three matches. At first Tomas Berdych won over Henri Laaksonen and then Czech duo Berdych/Rosol defeated Chiudinelli/Wawrinka. Tomas Berdych secured a winning point for the guest team, as he won over Wawrinka. The Kazakhstan team has made it into quarterfinals of the tournament by winning over the Austrian team with the score of 3:1.
