Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstan's Alexandra Le successfully performed in two disciplines at the Olympic Games in Paris and earned over 30 million tenge (80,000 USD).

Alexandra Le, together with Islam Satpayev, won Kazakhstan's first medal at the Games: the pair came third in the 10-meter air rifle event. In addition, Alexandra made it to the final of the individual competition and took sixth place in it.

According to the legislation, a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Kazakhstan carries a $75,000 bonus. Sixth place also brings athletes an additional fee of $5,000.

In total, Alexandra Lee has earned 80,000 USD, or approximately 37 million tenge, from the Paris Olympics.

On August 1, Alexandra will compete in the rifle (50 metres) from three positions, where she can also win a prize.

Previously, Kazakhstan won its first gold at the 2024 Olympics.
