Prime-Ministers of CU countries to meet in Minsk on May 19

Prime-Ministers of the Customs Union member-countries will meet in Minsk on May 15 at the 15th session of EurAsEc Interstate Council (the supreme body of the Customs Union), the Customs Union Commission's official website reports. Prime-Ministers of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus will review the agreement on the use of special protective, anti-dumping and compensation measures at the territory of the Customs Union. Besides, they will discuss issues related to the Custom Union's functioning amid the multi-sided trade system and the details of the agreement on unified terms of export control. The prime-ministers will also review the declaration on the principles of the Eurasian Economic Union. EurAsEC Secretary General Tair Mansurov, Chairman of the Custom Union's Commission Igor Shuvalov and Executive Secretary of the Commission Sergey Glazyev are expected to deliver speeches at the meeting. International agreements providing contractual and legal basis for the Custom Union are expected to be signed into effect at the meeting. Draft contracts included into agenda of the 15th session of EurAsEC Interstate Council will be discussed on May 16 at the 27th session of the Custom Union's Commission in Moscow.
