Almaty resident Assel Abilkhamitova, 21, won Miss.Kz-2011 Internet beauty contest, Tengrinews.kz reports.
The contest was launched in the beginning of 2011. Internet-community selected the most beautiful girl every month. Abilkhamitova applied for participation in summer and almost immediately received Miss-July title. 12 finalists were defined by the end of the year. Assel won the majority of votes. She received the prize from the organizers: 300 thousand tenge ($2,000). An official award ceremony will be held on January 31.
Assel Abilkhamitova graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakhstan National University at Orientalism major and currently continues her studies in South Korea. She is fond of image-consulting and consults anyone in social networks on style and makeup.
Miss.Kz contest started again in January 2012. Any single girl over 18 y.o. may take part in the contest by registering at Miss.kz. A new Miss will be elected only in the end of 2012.
